Why is it called agency wild?

Great question. We’re so glad you asked. The “wild” part is actually derived from the word – and the idea of – wildflowers.

What is it about wildflowers that makes them so … different? Maybe it’s the fact that they are not intestinally planted. Instead, they grow naturally in the wild, adapting to most environments regardless of landscape or geography. They are strong, resilient, bold, and beautiful. And incredibly, they will flourish and thrive in just about any condition.

There is an uncanny similarity between wildflowers and young professionals. In today’s world, even after graduating from college with knowledge, experience, and often times multiple internships, the odds are against them. Entry-level jobs are scarce. Talent is plentiful. They are up against hundreds of other applicants. They have to be persistent and scrappy. They have to be bold and resilient. They have to be like wildflowers.
